If you do not agree, you must not participate in the program.
1. Purpose of the Program

The Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to refer eligible truckers, carriers, brokers, logistics companies, fleet owners, and shippers to TruckLoad.me in exchange for commission, subject to these Terms.
The purpose of the program is to generate genuine, high-quality, paying customers for TruckLoad.me.
2. Important Status Notice
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not make you an employee, partner, shareholder, director, officer, franchisee, broker, legal representative, commercial agent, transport agent, or authorized signatory of TruckLoad.me.

You may not:

7. Free Trial Rule
If a referred customer receives a free trial, promotional period, free months, discounted onboarding, or delayed billing period, commission will not be payable until the customer begins paying and TruckLoad.me actually receives the subscription payment.
For example, if a referred customer receives two months free, the affiliate will not earn commission during those free months. Commission begins only after the customer becomes a paying subscriber and payment is successfully received and retained by TruckLoad.me.

If the affiliate’s approved balance is below AED 200, the balance may be carried forward to the next payout cycle.
TruckLoad.me is not required to process payouts below AED 200 unless it chooses to do so at its discretion.
10. Payout Schedule
Subject to these Terms, approved commissions may be paid monthly.

If the affiliate does not dispute within 15 days, the commission statement will be considered accepted.
55. Electronic Acceptance and Records
The affiliate agrees that electronic acceptance, dashboard activity, email confirmation, WhatsApp confirmation, form submission, referral link use, lead submission, payout acceptance, and platform logs may evidence acceptance of these Terms and program activity.
TruckLoad.me records may be used to determine referrals, attribution, commission, compliance, fraud, and disputes.
56. Changes to These Terms
TruckLoad.me may update these Affiliate Program Terms at any time.
The updated version may be posted on the website, dashboard, affiliate portal, or sent by email or other communication method.
Continued participation after the updated Terms are effective means the affiliate accepts the updated Terms.
If the affiliate does not agree, the affiliate must stop participating in the program.
57. Assignment
Affiliates may not assign, transfer, delegate, sell, or share their rights or obligations under these Terms without TruckLoad.me’s written permission.
TruckLoad.me may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with business restructuring, sale, merger, acquisition, financing, asset transfer, or operational transfer.
58. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in effect.
59. No Waiver
If TruckLoad.me does not enforce a provision immediately, this does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Any waiver must be in writing.
60. Entire Agreement
These Affiliate Program Terms, together with any signed affiliate agreement, dashboard terms, payout rules, program policies, privacy policy, and approved written instructions from TruckLoad.me, form the agreement between the affiliate and TruckLoad.me for participation in the Affiliate Program.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately signed written agreement, the signed written agreement controls only for the specific subject it covers.
61. Language
These Terms may be translated for convenience.
The English version controls unless a signed written agreement states otherwise.
62. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Subject to any separate signed written agreement, the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms, the Affiliate Program, commissions, referrals, or affiliate conduct.
Before filing a formal claim, the affiliate must first contact TruckLoad.me in writing and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
